are looking for help in producing a professionally sanctioned competition barbecue contest, backyard fun event or fund
raiser, we offer years of experience having judged, organized and competed in both KCBS and MIM Barbecue Events. We also offer
profesional food styling of any type of food for still or video productions.
Our catering service offers full service Barbecue Catering with locations in Buffalo, Albany and Westchester
NY. We can customize our menu to your regional prefrence, whether it's Kansas City, Memphis, Texas or Carolina style
-- we cook it all! From an informal backyard get together to corporate events for 1000, we are equipped to handle any
size event. We also offer Barbecue Fantasy Weekends where you can cook with a championship competition team and learn the
